I come to this work through the lens of sociology, which shaped how I see people, relationships, and the systems we move through. That foundation helps me understand not only individual behavior but also the cultures, patterns, and dynamics that influence how leaders show up.

As a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, I use a strengths-based approach that helps people see their natural talent patterns and understand how those strengths can become practical tools for leadership. I believe leadership is not about perfection or position. It is about self-awareness, courage, connection, and the willingness to grow with purpose.
